By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

  • Services: All coaching sessions (individual or group), training workshops, assessments, and digital content provided by BetterManager.in.

  • User or Client: Any individual or entity accessing our website or purchasing our Services.

  • Coach: Professional facilitators and executive coaches contracted or employed by us to deliver the Services.

2. Use of Services

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  • Account Security: If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Service Delivery: Services may be delivered via video conferencing, in-person workshops, or digital platforms. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (internet, webcam, microphone) to access virtual sessions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All materials provided during the Services, including presentation decks, training manuals, assessment frameworks, worksheets, videos, and articles, are the exclusive intellectual property of BetterManager.in or its licensors.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial professional development.

  • Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any of our content without our prior written consent. Recording of coaching sessions or workshops by the Client is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.

4. Booking, Payments, and Refunds

  • Fees: Fees for our Services are described on our website or in a specific proposal provided to you. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is required in advance of the Services unless a separate corporate agreement is in place.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • By Client: Requests to reschedule a coaching session must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.

    • By Us: We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to coach illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer a makeup session at no additional cost.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed at our sole discretion or as governed by a specific corporate service agreement.

5. User Conduct and Professionalism

  • Respectful Interaction: We foster a safe and respectful environment. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior toward our Coaches or staff will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

  • Confidentiality:

    • Our Commitment: We adhere to strict confidentiality regarding your personal and professional information shared during coaching, subject to legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

    • Your Commitment: You agree not to disclose private information about other participants if you are part of a group training cohort.

6. Disclaimers

  • No Guarantee of Results: Our Services are designed to assist in your professional growth and leadership development. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as promotions, salary increases, or new employment. Your success depends on various factors, including your own dedication and the specific market conditions.

  • Not Medical or Mental Health Advice: Our coaching services are focused on professional goals. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterManager.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BetterManager.in, its directors, employees, and coaches from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
